Advancement in technology has enhanced production in various sectors, healthcare included. There are many challenges in healthcare that prevent healthcare organizations from achieving their primary goal, which is to provide high quality and safe care to the patients. Implementation and use of the new technology are justified by assessing the level of satisfaction among the patients and their outcomes. This will generally improve as well as the productivity of the various interdisciplinary teams. The levels of satisfaction of members within these teams will also increase, enhancing the retention of these care providers within the health facility.
