You are to create a brief PowerPoint presentation on one of the resolution agreements. The PowerPoint should include the following information:
Name of healthcare provider or facility
Type of violation that occurred
What the OCR investigation determined
Outcome of the investigation or audit
Fines or penalties against the provider or facility
How the provider or facility corrected the identified violation
Education provided to workforce of the provider or facility
