The expectation is for each student to participate in reflective journaling.

Journal
As you move through the course, the expectation is for each student to participate in reflective journaling. Two -2 page journal entries are to be submitted for the assignment. The intention of the assignment is to assist you in critical thinking of issues and allowing you to examine your own underlying assumptions and perspectives on policy and related matters as you watch the movies during class time. Please include in reflective journal assignment, your thoughts, experiences, feelings, learned concepts etc. as related to public policy and nursing’s role. The topics you will write on are directly related to the movie media from class. See the topical outline for the due dates. These are to be typed in APA format and presented at the beginning of class on the date noted. There may be first person documentation as this is a journal entry.
